Munseom lies about 1.5 km off Seogwipo and is protected as a natural monument. The walls carry dense soft coral in colours that surprise divers expecting temperate water, an effect of the warm Tsushima current. Visibility and temperature swing hard with the season — summer and early autumn are the window. Access is controlled and dives run through licensed local operators.

Short boat ride from Seogwipo Harbour; operators handle the access permit.

Past 30 m, where no-stop time and gas both go quickly and nitrogen narcosis starts to show.
